The scheduled copying of online courses (01W, 02W, etc) for upcoming terms
is as follows:

If you are ready for your May Mini 2008 or Summer I 2008 course to be copied
now or know that you will web enhance a course for one of these terms,
please complete the course copy request form found under Instructional
Design at ( <http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde> www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde).
We will be happy to complete the copy process now so you may begin readying
the course for the new term.

A couple of notes regarding the course copy process:

1. New term courses will be copied from the most recent copy of the course
last taught by the professor assigned the course for the new term unless we
receive word otherwise prior to the copying process.

(For example, a course for the May Mini 2008 term will be copied from that
professor's course from the May Mini 2007 term; and a Summer I 2008 course
will be copied from that professor's course taught in the Summer I 2007
term.)

2. If the assigned professor has not taught the course previously, the new
course will be created by copying the eCollege 15-week course template.

3. If you plan to use the material of another instructor, please ask that
instructor to email online at tamu-commerce.edu
<mailto:online at tamu-commerce.edu> granting permission to copy his/her
course.

Let us know if you have any questions or if we may be of assistance.
