[VPAAEtal] Employee Tuition Scholarship Program

[Academic Affairs]

Good afternoon!

I hope you all are having a wonderful summer! Over here in Enrollment
Management, we are focused on enrollment - that's what we do! :-)

I wanted to take a minute to inform/remind you of the Employee Tuition
Scholarship Program. Information and a form can be found at:
http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/hreeo/training_1.html. As you know,
education is a key to success - Full time employees can receive tuition
for up to 6 hours toward a degree.

The University will provide an Institutional Scholarship to all budgeted
employees for up to six (6) credit hours each semester for 100% of the
cost of tuition. All fees will be paid by the employee. Financial aid is
available for those who qualify.

* The Institutional Scholarship can be used for either undergraduate or
graduate classes.
* The Institutional Scholarship is tax free to employees.

If you have not registered for Summer or Fall or are just trying to
finalize your decision, please take time now to complete your
scholarship! Everyone is accepted - no one is turned away - what better
way to work toward your goal of a degree????

Summer II 2008 begins on Monday, July 7.

Fall 2008 courses begin on Monday, August 25.

What are you waiting for?

Plan your courses by the pool and then go online to MyLeo to register!

Please contact me or the Office of the Registrar if you have any
questions!

Thank you,
