Below is a copy of the 2nd email that was sent regarding early intervention
from Dr. Hendrix.
For those of you who have not completed your rosters, please take a few
minutes to complete them by tomorrow. Your assistance is truly appreciated.
Please do not hesitate to call or email the Registrar's office if you have

Subject: [VPAAEtal] Early Intervention Assistance Reminder
Dear Faculty:
As you know, I sent a request last Monday for you to assist us in
identifying first-time, full-time freshmen who may need our assistance. The
Early Intervention Rosters became available last Monday. Unfortunately,
these rosters only addressed the Spring first-time full-time freshmen. They
have now been updated to include the Fall first-time, full-time freshmen
(which is our largest group).
I apologize for this error. We would appreciate your accessing your Early
Intervention roster once again to determine if there are additional students
who need our assistance. We would appreciate your completing these rosters
by Tuesday afternoon, February 19, so that we can begin immediately
providing assistance to these students.
To access the Early Intervention Form, please access MyLeo located at:
https://leo.tamu-commerce.edu/login.aspx
<https://leo.tamu-commerce.edu/login.aspx>

<https://leo.tamu-commerce.edu/login.aspx
<https://leo.tamu-commerce.edu/login.aspx> > >
and click on the Early Intervention link under MyLeo (same as the class
roster procedure). Enter as much information as possible that will assist
our Early Intervention Team (absences, grades, participation, etc.). Then,
please check the box to submit this information to the database.
Again, I apologize for asking you to review the rosters again and for the
short turnaround. I know your time is limited and we all appreciate your
assistance in making certain we provide support to these students.
It is inevitable that we will occasionally stump our toes along our path
from good to great. However, I am confident that, working together, we will
get there.
