Faculty:<br>

As you know, I sent a request last Monday for you to assist us in<br>
identifying first-time, full-time freshmen who may need our assistance. The<br>
Early Intervention Rosters became available last Monday. Unfortunately,<br>
these rosters only addressed the Spring first-time full-time freshmen. They<br>
have now been updated to include the Fall first-time, full-time freshmen<br>
(which is our largest group).<br>
<br>
I apologize for this error. We would appreciate your accessing your Early<br>
Intervention roster once again to determine if there are additional students<br>
who need our assistance. We would appreciate your completing these rosters<br>
by Tuesday afternoon, February 19, so that we can begin immediately<br>
providing assistance to these students.<br>

To access the Early Intervention Form, please access MyLeo located at:<br>

our Early Intervention Team (absences, grades, participation, etc.). Then,<br>
please check the box to submit this information to the database.<br>

Again, I apologize for asking you to review the rosters again and for the<br>
short turnaround. I know your time is limited and we all appreciate your<br>
assistance in making certain we provide support to these students.<br>
<br>
It is inevitable that we will occasionally stump our toes along our path<br>
from good to great. However, I am confident that, working together, we will<br>
