RE:                 Agenda for Commencement

 

Commencement exercises will be held Saturday, August 11, 2007.  All faculty
who are on contract are expected to participate. Adjunct faculty are
invited, but not required, to participate in the processional.

 

Faculty and professional librarians are requested to assemble in academic
regalia in the ground floor hallway of the Social Sciences Building no later
than the assembly times given above.  The processional will begin at the
times listed for each graduation.

 

Graduate advisors who will be hooding doctoral candidates will be receiving
separate instructions. 

 

Requests to be excused from participation in Commencement should be
forwarded through Department Head to the College Dean. 

Deans will need to provide a count to Ms. Paige Bussell, Registrar, by
Tuesday, August 7.
