[Vpaaetal] SEBAC Meeting

There will be a meeting of the System Employees Benefits Advisory Council
(SEBAC) via TTVN on February 15, 8:30-3:00 in room AGIT 222H.  All
employees are invited to attend.  There is always time reserved after
lunch, (1:00) for questions and comments from visitors.

Agenda items include:  subcommittee reports from the HMO and Wellness
subcommittees; review of A&M Care profit and loss statements; review of
potential plan design changes for FY '06; summary of the 2004 System Survey
on benefits-related questions; and a legislative update.

The agenda does not mention a report on the possible merger with ERS.  My
guess, and it's only a guess, is we will not hear anything about the
possible merger until after the legislative session.
