Sean,

Thanks for sharing this information.  I am not an expert at reading script, so I need to ask you a question.  If a student is not college ready based on the TSIA will their actual score appear on the EDI transcript.  Community colleges get many students who transfer to us who are still not yet college ready and without an actual test score, we would have to rely on coursework completed to code their TSIA.  This becomes a problem if they have not completed any coursework in that subject area.

SPEEDE Users:

I wanted to share this document with you.  It contains new coding for the new TSI Assessment and STAAR EOC.

I have shared this information with a limited group.  We are looking to obtain feedback from the SPEEDE users group and then finally the TACRAO listserv.

The limited group asked about sending the pre-assessment information.
According to the coordinating board presentation (screenshot below), I do not think that this is required.
However, I welcome further thought and feedback on this item.
