[Tx-speed] New EDI Conventions for TSI Assessment and New STAAR test

SPEEDE Users:

 

I wanted to share this document with you.  It contains new coding for the
new TSI Assessment and STAAR EOC.

 

I have shared this information with a limited group.  We are looking to
obtain feedback from the SPEEDE users group and then finally the TACRAO
listserv.

 

The limited group asked about sending the pre-assessment information.

According to the coordinating board presentation (screenshot below), I do
not think that this is required.

However, I welcome further thought and feedback on this item.
