Texas SPEEDE Folks - Here's a message posted yesterday to the TACRAO 
listserv by Mike Allen.    I wanted to be sure that you saw it too.    
The approximately 60 page pdf was posted on the www.tacrao.org website 
in November.  Get to it by following the Hot Topics link.   The SPEEDE 
protocol is included in Appendix J.
