St. Michael's Hospice currently has a need for a full time licensed social
worker.  We are located in Dallas and serve the DFW metroplex. 

 

Job Description:  Primary function is to provide and coordinate care for
hospice patients of all age groups.  Duties include psychosocial
assessments, providing emotional support to patients and families, and
locating applicable resources.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's of Social Work - must be licensed.  Knowledge of
Medicare/Medicaid helpful

 

Salary: Neg.

 

Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm
