Dallas CASA, a non-profit agency that advocates for the best interests of
abused and neglected children, seeks a Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator. 

Responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive
recruitment program to attract and retain volunteers.  Cultivating and
fostering relationships with volunteers is a key component of the job.  The
Coordinator will source, interview, track, and make recommendations
regarding potential volunteers.  Additionally, this position will assist in
volunteer training sessions and will speak at events promoting CASA.  

Ideal candidates will be experienced in various recruitment methods and
public speaking.  Superior written and oral communication and organizational
skills required.

Minimum 3 years related experience and bachelor's degree OR equivalent
combination of experience and education.
