Life Management Resources

LPC, LMSW, or LCDC

Life Management Resources is an outpatient provider of  integrated treatment
for Chemical Dependency and Co-Occurring mental health disorders.  We are a
small organization who has been helping those affected by the disease of
addiction since 1999.  We have helped hundreds of individuals and family
members find new lives free from dependency on alcohol or drugs.  Located in
Plano, Tx, we provide services to patient from Collin, North Dallas, Denton
and Rockwall counties.

 

As a candidate for this position, you must possess the state license or
credential which would allow you to deliver chemical dependency treatment
services in the State of Texas.  We are looking for someone with an LPC or
LMSW with limited experience, or an experienced LCDC.  A desire to work with
a chemically dependent population is essential. 

 

Starting salary varies with experience and education.  The range of starting
salary is $28,000 to $33,000 per year.  A liberal benefit package includes
health insurance, paid holidays and vacations and flexible work schedule.  

 

Candidate must be comfortable leading group therapy programs as well as
handling a caseload of patients for individual therapy.  Candidate must
possess a working knowledge of a 12-Step program and the ability to assist
patients to understand the concepts of those principles.   It is not a
requirement, nor a benefit that the candidate be in a program of recovery.

 

We provide a very flexible work schedule and an opportunity for a
practitioner with limited experience to grow beyond imagination - you may
participate in the life of the patient from the time they walk through the
front door through graduation and aftercare.  

 

Candidate must be a self-starter.  This is an "opportunity", what you become
