[Stuorg-rep] Student Organization Information Reset, Training, and Funding

Good afternoon!
THANK YOU AND HUGE SHOUTOUT to all the organizations that participated in the Student Involvement Fair yesterday. You all make that event what it is and I greatly appreciate all the work you put into your tables and talking with students interested in your organizations!!

Please see below for a few updates...

Student Organization Information Reset
Thank you to everybody who has already submitted their updated information. If you have not, the deadline has been EXTENDED to February 4th . If you need help with the update, please let me know ASAP and I can walk you through the steps.

Student Organization Mandatory Training
If your organization attended Mandatory training in Fall you can ignore this section. If you did not attend, you will need to attend training Monday, January 31st at 6 p.m. in RSC Pride. TWO people from your organization will need to be in attendance to count as completed.

SOAC Funding
There are still funds remaining for this year! If your organization is looking to host an on-campus event open to all students or travel for a conference, please submit a SOAC application! We have over $20,000 remaining in funds for organization events and travel. Please remember you need to submit applications to me at least 3 weeks in advance to my office for your request. If you are hesitant to put on an event because you think you do not have enough funds, if approved, we will pay for items in advance so it doesn't come out of your pocket!

Show Me The Money
It's back and we are ready to give organizations more money! Come to the event FEBRUARY 7th at 7 p.m. in RSC Vision. This will serve as funding training for organizations that did not attend the mandatory funding training last semester. You could win up to $1000 for your organization! The more members of your organization that attend, the more chances you have to win!
