[Stuorg-rep] Student Organization Information Reset and Mandatory Training

Good morning and happy Tuesday!
Please remember to update your organization information for this semester on ManeSync. If you do not complete the information reset you will lose your privileges as a registered student organization. Below is a step by step on how to complete the reset information.


1.      Login to ManeSync.

2.      Click on the organizations tab on the top of the ManeSync page.

3.      On the organization directory page, click on register an organization.

4.      On the next page search for your organization, there should be a blue button that says re-register, if there is not a blue button than you are already re-registered. If there is a blue button that says re-register, click it.

5.      Next, you will be taken to the information reset process. There are 3 total steps. The first step is completing the profile and officer contacts for the organization. If the profile and organization contacts are up-to-date you can click next at the bottom of the page. If you changed officers please update contact information here.

6.      Next, you will be taken to the roster page. Please update your roster by removing any person who is no longer a member or has graduated. Please add any students who were not previously listed on the roster as well. To add, please make sure you have LEOMAIL e-mail addresses. To remove any member, check the box next to their name and click on the button that says remove.

7.      After you have updated the roster, next you will update your organization executive officers and advisor information. This will not pre-populate so please make sure to complete this with the correct information.

8.      Once you have completed the officer and advisor information, click on next at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to a page with each step listed, click on submit.

9.      Your information reset will be reviewed and if any changes are needed you will be notified.

If you have any questions or need any help making updates, please let me know and I will walk you through the process. Information resets are due JANUARY 31ST.

Additionally, if your organization did not complete Mandatory Training in the fall, your organization will need to complete the upcoming Mandatory Training this spring. Mandatory Training will be held January 31st at 6 p.m. in RSC Pride.
