[Stuorg-rep] Organization updates this week and Video Conferencing Opportunity

Good morning,
I have just received confirmation from IT that students have access to Microsoft Office 365 which includes Microsoft Teams access. Organization can use Microsoft Teams for virtual video conferencing and online meetings. All you will need to do to use Teams is to have an officer create a Team on the application and add students (and advisor) to the team via students' leomail e-mail addresses and the advisor via the faculty/staff @tamuc.edu e-mail address.
