If your organization is looking to book the Club for any of your upcoming programs or events, please see the attached Club policy.
Please forward this information to any student leader within your organization that plans to host an event in the Club.

If you have signed the Club policy form, please let me know if you would like a copy for your records. If you have not already signed the Club policy form, please submit the form to Alissa.silva at tamuc.edu prior trying to book the Club.
