[Stuorg-rep] Student Organization Tailgate Information

Good morning,
My name is Brett Anderson, Sales & Service Coordinator at Texas A&M University-Commerce Athletics. I look forward to providing you "Best in Class" service and will assist you in whatever way possible. With that being said, I'd like to share student organization tailgate information with you for the 2017 Football season:

  *   All tailgate spots:
     *   Are FREE for student organizations
     *   Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to game day
     *   First come, first served basis
  *   All student organizations may enter into the lottery for their chance to claim season tailgate spots 11-14
     *   Spots 11-14 include a 20'x30' grass area adjacent to an area on the road that is directly in front of the tailgate spot. The area on the road can be used to park a vehicle or cooker

  *   Student organizations must submit their request/entry into the lottery no later than June 15th to be eligible for the 2017 Football Season by emailing Brett.Anderson at tamuc.edu<mailto:Brett.Anderson at tamuc.edu>
  *   The lottery will be drawn on July 10th and all student organizations will be notified of the winners at that time

What's different this year?

  *   Tailgate spots 11-14 will be awarded for the entire season, rather than on a per game basis
  *   Student organizations that win spots 11-14 reserve the right to transfer their spot to another organization with at least 48 hours' notice to Lion Sales & Service
