Greetings!
New Student Orientation season is right around the corner and the Office of First Year and Transition Programs invites you all to join us at our Orientation Showcase.  The showcase will be a mandatory session for each student this year. The showcase will take place on the second floor of the Rayburn Student Center on the second day of Orientation running from 12pm-1:30pm.  This is a time for students to explore different resources and with your help we believe this possible.  Students will have the chance to ask any questions in regards of academics or campus life for their opportunity to succeed in their college career.  As well as feeling welcome and knowing that there is something for everyone at Texas A&M University - Commerce.  Help us make the new student’s orientation experience great!
It is very important for us to know if your organization or department is attending and which session, below are listed the orientation dates.  The deadline to RSVP for the showcase will be on May 22nd by noon. You can RSVP to Monique Burkley, Executive over Productions and Communication at Monique.burkley at tamuc.edu<mailto:Monique.burkley at tamuc.edu>, please include the following:
·         Organization/Department Name
·         Session Dates
Orientation Sessions:
1. Thursday & Friday June 1st & 2nd
2. Thursday & Friday June 8th & 9th
3. Thursday & Friday June 15th & 16th
4. Friday & Saturday June 23rd & 24th
5. Thursday & Friday July 6th & 7th
6. Thursday & Friday July 13th & 14th
7. Friday & Saturday July 21st & 22nd
8. Wednesday & Thursday August 9th & 10th

***Reminder that lunch will NOT be provided for organizations/department representatives, set up time will begin immediately after checking in with me at approximately 11:30am.
