[Stuorg-rep] Mandatory Student Organization Policies and Procedures Meetings

ATTENTION STUDENT ORGANIZATION OFFICERS!!! 

 

If you have not already attended the MANDATORY Policies and Procedures
Meeting there are still two meetings available for you to attend. This
is a mandatory meeting to ensure you are an active student organization
on Texas A&M-Universities Campus and to recieve information on changes
with the University. 

 

Please be sure to attend one of the following meeting dates:

         

Tuesday, September 28th- 2:30PM to 4:00PM (Pride Room, 2nd floor SRSC)

 

Wednesday, September 29th- 5:00PM-6:30PM (Innovations A, 2nd floor SRSC)

 

Two officers must attend from your organization 

 

 

*Information about changes with catering, room requests, marketing and
the new OrgSync will be discussed in the meeting, so come prepared with
questions. We look forward to seeing everyone at one of these meetings.
We are the individuals who will be overseeing student organizations from
here on out: Laurel Flores, Graduate Assistant for Student
Organizations, and Deepti Vanguri, Assistant Director of Student
Activities and Special Events. Thanks for being so patient in this
registration process, please let us know if you have any questions! We
