Please see e-mail below regarding the opportunity for your department,
organization or office to participate and have a table during the Campus
Information Fairs held on DAY 2 of our New Student Orientation sessions
this summer. The form is attached for your convenience please reply to
Mr. Marquis Stimpson, our Student Orientation Coordinator, as indicated
in original e-mail below.

Deadline is June 1st, 2010.

Good afternoon!

 

My name is Marquis Stimpson, and I am the Student Orientation
Coordinator with the New Student Orientation Office at Texas A&M
University-Commerce. I am sending you this email in regards to the
Orientation Info Fairs that are part of our Orientation Program. These
are swiftly approaching us in the first week of June. We would love for
all the student organizations and different campus departments to be
represented in the fair throughout our orientation season. These present
a great opportunity for you to showcase your services/organization to
our new incoming students. The fair take place on the second days of the
Orientation sessions. If your organization or department has an interest
in joining us, then please send me an email requesting a sign-up form so
that you can make your reservation and provide you more
details/specifics. I will be the point of contact and coordinator of

line to sign-up and reserve a table is June 1st 2010. If you would like
