The final Virtual Mane Event Preview Day will be on Saturday, March 27. This event will be targeting high school juniors and transfer students. The Student Life & Department Expo will not be a live chat event. I'm asking for you to participate by recording a 5-8 minute video with an overview of your student organization or department. You can record this video in Zoom or another platform. You can also utilize Conduit to record your video.

I will post all of these videos in Conduit for the Mane Event attendees AND the video will be available on-demand which could be viewed by new students and family members at all levels of the enrollment funnel (inquiry to accepted). By utilizing Conduit, we will reach more visitors since the content will be available anytime which will allow visitors to watch videos on their schedule instead of our live chats. I will share the analytics with names and emails of students/family members that viewed your videos so you can follow-up with them.

Video Details:

  *   Length: 5-8 minutes long
  *   Content: Overview of your department or student organization. Feel free to email me a video that you may have already recorded or if you have a video on YouTube that you would like us to utilize.
  *   How to record the video?
     *   Zoom: If you are using Zoom, you can open your personal meeting room in Zoom and click record to your computer. I suggest that you provide a Powerpoint or visual aid to accompany your presentation. You can share your screen with the visual aid and present as if there was an audience. Once you are finished, you can stop recording and start again to record as many times as you want. Once you are satisfied with your presentation, leave the personal meeting room and it will automatically start converting your recordings to be saved on your "Downloads" area of the computer. I would like to the MP4 version of your video.


     *   Conduit: To record the video professionally with Conduit, book a time to record<https://go.oncehub.com/PlatformQEducation> here and they will transfer the video directly to Conduit.
  *   How to send me the video? You can email me the link for your video. If the video is too large to email, you can utilize WeTransfer which is a free file transfer service at https://wetransfer.com/
  *   Deadline for video: Please send me the video before 5PM on Tuesday, March 23.

I will be hosting information sessions to help answer your questions about recording videos, etc.
