I also wanted to remind you of the event and meeting guidelines during COVID.

1. Masks MUST be worn at all events; please make sure to promote in your advertising that masks are required.

2. If your organization is having a meeting, you are required to wear masks.

3. Any event or meeting needs to implement physical distancing of at least 6 feet between people.

4. Any event hosted outside by an organization can only have a MAXIMUM of 10 PEOPLE. If inside a building, the organization must follow capacity limits on rooms.

If you need help with planning your event or are unsure of how you will be able to have your event/meeting with specific guidelines in place, please let me know, and I can help you navigate to ensure all students are safe. I know engagement is critical and essential for all your organizations to be successful, and I want to help make sure all organizations are successful while maintaining student safety.

If you have any questions, please e-mail me or stop in my office in the Rayburn Student Center, the first floor by the Lion Card Office.

Have a great weekend!
