This is a REMINDER email to re-register your organization for year
2012-2013. Please find the information below.

Hi Student Organization Leaders!!!

 

Hope you all are staying out of the heat and are enjoying the summer.
This email is to let you know that it's time to re-register your
organization on ManeSync for the year 2012-2013. By this time there may
have been changes that have happened in your organization such as
officer transition, updated membership roster, constitutional changes
etc. We require all organizations to update this information on ManeSync
through the re-registration process. This updated information will help
us to better serve you and provide quality service. 

 

Note that only officers who have administrative access to your
organization's profile on ManeSync will be able to re-register. If you
are not an administrator, please contact me via the contact information
given in the bottom of this email.

 

Please make sure that you have the following information before you
re-register.

*       Current advisor name, email, phone number and department

*       Organization president's name, email and phone number

*       Organization vice-president's name, email and phone number

*       Treasurer's name, email and phone number

*       Two Event Management System (EMS) account holder's information
(Name, position, UNIVERSITY EMAIL and phone number)

*       Additional officer's information, email and phone number

*       A digital copy of your organization's Tax Exempt form (pdf or an
image format)

*       Most up to date membership roster with their names, CWID numbers
and emails

*       Up-to-date Constitution

 

Please click on the "Play" button at the bottom of the email to take you
through a step-by-step process on how to re-register your organization
on ManeSync.

 

The deadline to re-register your organization is Monday, October 1st,
2012 at 5pm. Failure to do so will result in inactivation of your
organization. 

 

Student Organization Training, Fall 2012

 

Please mark your calendars for student organization training, Fall 2012.
The training dates are:

 

*       Sunday, September 9th, 2012 from 1pm - 5pm

                                          or

*       Monday, September 10th, 2012 from 5pm - 9pm

 

The training will be in the 2nd floor of Rayburn Student Center. Every
organization will be required to have at least TWO representatives
attending the training on either of these two days. The training is
mandatory and a part of the re-registration process.
