LAST DAY TO Withdrawal
Winter Mini Courses
PLEASE VIEW IMPORTANT WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION BELOW:
The term Withdrawal is used when a student 'drops' ALL or their LAST/ONLY CLASS. A Withdrawal is NOT the same as a Drop. Students are not permitted to withdraw themselves via myLEO. In order to withdraw, you MUST complete a Withdrawal form and submit it to the Registrar's Office for processing. Please click HERE<https://dms.tamuc.edu/Forms/withdrawalform> for the Withdrawal form.

Here are a few things to be aware of before you decide to Withdrawal from the Winter Mini 2020 semester:
*        A Withdrawal will appear on your Academic Transcript as a W.
*        Withdrawals DO NOT affect your GPA in any way.
*        Withdrawals DO count toward your attempted hours.
*        Withdrawals DO count toward the 3-Peat Rule<http://www.tamuc.edu/admissions/registrar/generalInformation/stateRules.aspx#3PeatRule> and 30/45 Hour Rules<http://www.tamuc.edu/admissions/registrar/generalInformation/stateRules.aspx#30HourRule> (Undergraduates only).
*        Beginning first class day, 100% refund of charges is not available for semester withdrawals; only partial refund. Withdrawals are processed using the last date of class participation that you provide on the Withdrawal form. This date determines if you are eligible for partial refund of charges or not. Partial refunds are available in graduated percentages for a certain period of time. Unfortunately, a refund of charges is not available for Withdrawals at this point in the semester. You will still be responsible for Winter Mini 2020 charges even if you withdraw from the semester.
