Your opinion matters!
If you live, work or go to school in Commerce, TX, the Health and Human Performance Needs Assessment Committee made up of Public Health students wants to hear from you
Through April 14th, the Health and Human Performance Department is hosting an Online Community Needs Assessment Survey to seek input from community members.

To participate, you must be aged 18 years or older and live, work or go to school in Commerce, TX.

Based on the survey findings, the Program planning class will design and propose new programs and services that address critical health issues in our community.
We're encouraging members of the community to take the online survey and provide feedback so we can better understand the needs of our community and plan programs and services based on those needs.
