Hello Good People,

It is that time of year when the Leadership Engagement and Development (L.E.A.D.) Department applications open for our global leadership program Leadership Without Limits (LWL). LWL is a unique global leadership opportunity for undergraduate students in their 3rd year and above at Texas A&M University-Commerce.  Students develop an understanding of leadership in a global context that will enhance their interactions with diverse individuals abroad, at A&M-Commerce, and in their future endeavors.  Students will be challenged to examine their own perspectives by learning from each other and the culture that they will visit. Applications are available online at the beginning of March or end of April each spring for the following academic year.  Applications consist of answering background information about yourself, providing contact information for two references, and completing short answer questions.  Accepted students must attend a group meeting at the end of April or beginning of May.
