Just to follow up on an earlier email about the change in our refund services provider from Higher One to BankMobile Disbursements:

Customers Bancorp, Inc has acquired Higher One's refund management segment and will operate that entity as BankMobile Disbursements. The change to BankMobile Disbursements is effective today.

Students do not need to take any action regarding their refund delivery method. The refund delivery method that you selected - direct deposit to an outside bank account, direct deposit to a Higher One account or refund check delivered by mail - will still work just as it has been. The login information to your account at Higher One was transferred to BankMobile so your user name and password will remain the same. The current website www.pridechoicecard.com<http://www.pridechoicecard.com> will still work but you can also use www.bankmobiledisbursements.com<http://www.bankmobiledisbursements.com>.

For those students who have a OneAccount with Higher One - BankMobile will replace it with their own VIBE account but your debit card and checks will continue to work. Your bank account number and the bank routing number will not change. As part of the transition to BankMobile, several fees previously charged by Higher One have been reduced or eliminated. The new fee schedule for the VIBE account is available on the BankMobile website at http://bankmobilevibe.com/fee-schedule/.

Students with VIBE accounts also have free access to more than 55,000 Allpoint ATMs nationwide. Allpoint has ATM locations in Commerce at CVS Pharmacy, Brookshire's Grocery and Texas T Convenience Store. Allpoint ATM locations can be found online through the ATM locator at http://www.allpointnetwork.com/locator.aspx. The ATM formerly operated by Higher One in the Library is currently offline but should be reactivated soon.

The process for refund delivery by direct deposit to an outside bank or by mail will not change. Students receiving their refunds through those methods will never see a fee from BankMobile.

Students whose OneAccount is converted to a BankMobile VIBE account will see reduced fees, wider ATM access, and new account features.
