*** RESOLVED-Intermittent Service Disruption*** – Pearson LearningStudio (eCollege) – 4/7/2016

What Happened:
Users experienced intermittent service disruption when trying to access LearningStudio (eCollege).

When:
April 7, 2016 @ approximately 10:30 a.m. – 11: 21 a.m.

Services/Applications Impacted:

·         Pearson LearningStudio (eCollege)
What you need to do:

Pearson Technical teams resolved the issue by restoring the platform’s servers. If users are still having issues accessing LearningStudio (eCollege) through myLeo, please clear the browser’s cache and cookies and try again.
