[Students] Revised System Regulations 61-01-02 and 61-99-01

Minor revisions to System Regulations 61.01.02, Public Information<http://policies.tamus.edu/61-01-02.pdf>, and 61.99.01, Retention of State Records<http://policies.tamus.edu/61-99-01.pdf>, were approved by the Chancellor, effective October 14 and 19, 2015, respectively.  Below is a brief summary of the revisions.


  *   These regulations were due for their five-year certifications and no substantive changes were needed.


  *   In keeping with system style guidelines, statutory references were deleted within the body of the regulations, but retained within the Related Statutes section.


  *   Minor editorial revisions were made to provide consistency and clarity, and other changes were made to conform to system style guidelines.

Please distribute the revised system regulations among your staff as you deem appropriate.
