Scheduled eCollege Outage

What is happening?

Pearson eCollege will be taking a regular scheduled maintenance outage.

 

When is it happening?

Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 4:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. Central Time. 

 

Services/Applications Impacted:

All application services within eCollege will be impacted. No other
services will be impacted. 

 

Why is it happening?

We appreciate your understanding and patience while eCollege conducts
this maintenance. It is a necessary part of our performance improvement.

 

What you need to do:

If you experience eCollege technical problems after 7:00 AM CT, contact
the eCollege helpdesk at 1-866-656-5511 (toll free) or
helpdesk at online.tamuc.org <mailto:helpdesk at online.tamuc.org>  .

 

If you experience other technical problems after 7:00 AM CT, please
contact the CITE Support Center at 903-468-6000 or Helpdesk at tamuc.edu
