Help Desk Response Alert

What is happening?

Helpdesk has limited staff today which affects our response time for
assistance. We appreciate your patience as we work to respond to your IT
request by emails and phone calls. 

 

When is it happening?

Thursday, September 5, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Time. 

 

Services Not Impacted:

All services will not be impacted. 

 

What you need to do:

If you experience other technical problems after 5:00 p.m. CST, please
contact the IT Support Center at 903-468-6000 or Helpdesk at tamuc.edu

If you experience eCollege technical problems after 5:00 PM CT, contact
the eCollege helpdesk at 1-866-656-5511 (toll free) or
