The Quality Enhancement Plan knows how to do just that! 
 
The QEP seeks to build global competence by "Preparing Students for an
Interconnected World" which can help facilitate personal development. 

 

A recommendation to build your development and global competence:
enhancing intercultural capabilities. To do this "entails first learning
about and paying attention to various aspects and dimensions of cultural
differences. Join online communities to connect with people from
different cultures or with groups whose mission is to share information
about other nations or cultures" (GCAA).
