Unscheduled Outage

What is happening?

eCollege has unexpectedly gone down.  The eCollege Helpdesk has been
notified.  Services will be restored as soon as possible. 

 

Services/Applications Impacted

Faculty and students are unable to login to eCollege.

 

Message from Pearson eCollege

This is a notification that we are currently experiencing reports of an
issue impacting LS and MyLabsPlus authentication.. Start time was
approximately 3:38PM EST. We are currently working to return to normal
operational status.

 

We will send an additional notification once all systems have returned
to normal.

No other campus applications are affected.
