Good afternoon,

Our email system is configured to capture and quarantine suspected spam
messages addressed to you. Suspected messages are set aside during
processing so that you could verify whether or not these messages are indeed
spam. You can use the actions listed below to examine the messages and
determine how to treat each one; however, your quarantined message will
automatically be deleted after 28 days (set by the email administrator), so
you do not need to take any action.

. Deliver - Accept mail and deliver to inbox

. Whitelist - Only accept messages from e-mail addresses that have
been added to A&M-Commerce safelist

. Delete - Delete message without opening mail

. View - View mail without delivering to inbox

Recently, you may have received Spam Quarantined email from @tamuc.edu or
@tamus.edu that may have been quarantined. Our email administrator have
taken steps to release the quarantined mail from @tamuc.edu and @tamus.edu
to the Whitelist. Take steps to view who the message is from and if desired,
select the Whitelist action to add certain senders to your safelist or you
may select the Delete action. Remember, messages in your quarantine will
automatically be deleted after 28 days (set by the email administrator).

Please contact the Help Desk, 903-468-6000, or helpdesk at tamuc.edu for
assistance.

Thank you.
