[Students] New myLEO officially retired

New myLEO portal is officially retired. 

 

The myLEO Classic portal will continue to provide students, faculty, and
employees’ seamless access to a variety of technology services, including
Banner Self Service and the campus email system. Instructions on how to log
into myLEO Classic is provided below and as an attachment for your record.

 

 

General Information

How to log into myLEO Classic account

 

Your CWID and password are used to confirm your identity across most
computing resources at the University.  Please find detailed information
below regarding options to log into myLEO Classic, reset your password or
request your CWID.

All students will log in using their CWID provided by Admissions as their
user name and birthdate for the initial password.

 

Access myLEO:  Launch A&M-Commerce website www.tamuc.edu then click on myLEO
link located on the bottom right of the page which will directly open myLEO
Classic login page https://leo.tamuc.edu/ .

 

User Name: CWID number

Password: Birthdate (mmddyy) Effective July 1st, 2013 new accounts are
created using mmddyyyy

 

Forgot my password?

If you are trying to login and have forgotten your password, you can reset
it by clicking on ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link. 

>From myLEO Classic login page, click ‘Forgot Your Password” link 

·         You will be prompted to enter the Captcha code displayed

·         Enter your CWID number

·          myLEO Classic will send password reset instructions to your
alternate email address(es) you provided. Note: myLEO Password Assistance
link will expire in two days.

·         Type in new password  in the boxes

Note: When setting your password,  you must meet the following required
criteria:

o   Minimum number of characters: 8

o   Maximum number of characters: 14

o   Number of previous passwords remembered: 10

o   Your password must contain three of following four categories

§  Uppercase characters (A-Z)

§  Lowercase characters (a-z)

§  Base 10 digits (0-9)

§  Special Characters( ! @ # $ % = < > _ ^ & * ( ) +- ; : . ~ ? )

·         Click ‘Update Password’

Forgot your CWID?

·         Launch myLEO Classic

·         Click on ‘Forgot CWID?’ link

·         Enter the following information in the appropriate boxes

o   Last four digits of your Social Security Number

o   First Name

o   Last Name

o   Date of Birth

·         Click ‘Next’

·         If successful myLEO Classic will provide your CWID number

Is there anything I need to do or should be aware of?

Yes. Please review the following items: 


Mobile App

The mobile applications will no longer be supported. You can use your mobile
web browser to access myLEO Classic portal. Select https://leo.tamuc.edu

 


Login

Students login with their CWID 

Faculty/Staff login using their Active Directory account or their CWID

 


Bookmarks

Update your bookmarks to https://leo.tamuc.edu
