Intermittent Outage Alert



What is happening?

The regular scheduled routine maintenance outage for the service patch
scheduled for Saturday, 1/19/2013 was prematurely released to production
systems this morning.  The release has been halted, but several systems
have already rebooted themselves as part of the process. All servers and
services have been restored. Our apologies for this inconvenience.

 

When is it happening?

Friday, January 18th, 2013 

 

Services/Applications Potentially Impacted:

All application services including 

Outlook, Web Server, Network File Share, Fortis, 

Antivirus

BES

CMS (cascade)

CP (Webmail - Retiree Email)

CTIS03 - no impact

CTIS08 (Pharos)

Fortisweb (Fortis)

LEO - (Leo Portal and some MyLeo portal services)

E2 (Remote desktop for Texarkana)

 

Services Not Impacted:

Internet services may have only brief disruptions of services. Telephone
and related services will not be impacted.

What you need to do:

If you experience other technical problems after 12:00 PM CT, please
