[Students] late payment fee information

Due to the unexpected technical problem in LeoPay this past Saturday
morning, Financial Services has delayed the posting of any late payment
fees for the Fall semester until Tuesday, August 27th to help
accommodate for the inconvenience.  Please contact us at
Student.Accounts at tamuc.edu if you have any questions or need assistance
