[Students] Auxiliary Services Survey

This is a reminder that if you haven't already done so, please take a
few minutes and complete the Auxiliary Services Survey. Thank you for
your time and participation!

 

 

 

Auxiliary Services is conducting a survey to measure current service
being provided to the campus community.  This survey includes questions
regarding relationships with third party vendors, such as beverage,
snack, food service and bookstore as well as other services offered.

 

We would appreciate your participation and feedback so that we are able
to identify customer needs and evaluate satisfaction.  The survey should
take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is important
and appreciated. 

 

The survey responses cannot be linked back, in any way, to the
respondents and the results will be used for evaluation purposes only
and are confidential and anonymous .
