Services is conducting a survey to measure current service being provided to
the campus community. This survey includes questions regarding
relationships with third party vendors, such as beverage, snack, food service
and bookstore as well as other services offered.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

would appreciate your participation and feedback so that we are able to
identify customer needs and evaluate satisfaction. The survey should take
approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is important and
