Campus Community,
We are pleased to announce that we will be providing the same quality
services of the Digital Copy Center in the Pride Shop, located in the
Rayburn Student Center (RSC)-1st floor.
The Digital Copy Center department will be moving under the direction of the
Rayburn Student Center and will be combined with the Pride Shop, acquiring
the Pride Shop name. There has been a great deal of effort placed into
making this a smooth transition with little inconvenience to the university
community.
Starting August 29th at 8am we will be providing copy services in the Pride
Shop in the Rayburn Student Center and the hours of operations will extend
to 8AM-7PM, Monday-Friday.
What we will be able to provide to the campus community:
* A central location for all of your on-campus printing and promotion needs.
* Designers to assist you with your large promotion projects.
* Quick Copy Services for emergency prints.
* Accepts Credits Cards and Lion Cash.
Debbie Raney will still be available for typesetting all campus business
cards, letterheads and books that are outsourced.
Carolyn Nitson will remain the Manager, but within the Department of the
Rayburn Student Center, and will be your contact for all on-campus orders,
copy and Pride Shop services.
Jessica Norris is the Coordinator of Creative Services and Design and will
serve as another source of quality control as well as a resource for
development for our student designers.
Lisa Martinez will remain the supervisor for all Pride Shop operations.
Blake Shaw will still remain the point of contact for all printing not
produced in the Pride Shop, and will remain with the Department of
Purchasing. Any printing which must be done off-campus, including business
cards and stationary, must still be handled through Purchasing.
As a team, we are committed to make this transition readily available and
beneficial to all your printing needs. We will update the campus community
of more developments as they occur.
Thank you and let us know how we can better assist you this year. If you
have any questions or suggestions, please don¹t hesitate to contact
Lisa_Martinez at tamu-commerce.edu and be sure to include your contact
information.
