Hello Student Leaders!

The 2007 Wellness Expo will be held on November 28, 2007 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
at the Morris Recreation Center. This year's theme is: "Journey to
Wellness."

 

The Wellness Expo is held every year in an effort to provide Commerce and
the surrounding communities with valuable health and wellness related
information.  The Department of Campus Recreation, in coordination with the
Wellness Task Force and A&M-Commerce, invites local merchants, service
providers and campus offices to participate in this community outreach
project free of charge. Last year we had 73 exhibitors and hundreds of
community members and students participate, and we are looking forward to
another successful event.

 

This year, we've added another element to the Expo: Student Organizations.

 

We are looking for student displays. We will acknowledge your organization
as a valuable contributor to our program. Your display should relate to one
of the 7 Dimensions of Wellness: Physical, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual,
Emotional, Environmental, or Occupational. Be creative!  To confirm your
participation in this year's Expo, simply fill out the attached application
and return it by Friday, October 26. Also attached is a copy of the
regulations, deadlines and judging information for the student segment of
the Expo.
