style='font-weight:bold'>This year’s theme is: “Journey to
Wellness.”</span></b><o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Garamond'>The Wellness Expo is held every year in an effort to
provide Commerce and the surrounding communities with valuable health and
wellness related information. The Department of Campus Recreation, in
coordination with the Wellness Task Force and A&M-Commerce, invites local merchants,
service providers and campus offices to participate in this community outreach
project free of charge. <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>Last year we had 73
exhibitors and hundreds of community members and students participate, and we
are looking forward to another successful event.<o:p></o:p></span></b></span></font></p>

one of the 7 Dimensions of Wellness: Physical, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual,
Emotional, Environmental, or Occupational. <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>Be
creative!</span></b> To confirm your participation in this year’s
Expo, simply fill out the attached application and return it by Friday, October
26. Also attached is a copy of the regulations, deadlines and judging
information for the student segment of the Expo.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
