[Students] Virginia Tech tragedy

Whenever a tragedy occurs such as the events at Virginia Tech, it can affect
members of our campus community.  Some of you may know students or faculty
there or some of you may have fears of similar incidents happening here.  A
brief informational handout is available from the American Psychological
