Today I tried to work on my perfusion system some more, but the vacuum pump 
overheated.  I need to get a new filter before I can proceed (or get a 
different pump).

I also did some more injections and electroporations.  Then I did some image 
analysis downstairs by transferring saved images from the Fluoview program 
into Image J and making some enhancements.
