If you are a research mentor or student ressearcher, please read and seriously talk about the following opportunity with each other. It would be nice to have all of our 2nd year grad students and senior undergrad researchers represented! (Younger students are encouraged to present, too - chat with your advisor!)

Subject: Annual Research Symposium (ARS)
Importance: High
Good morning (last time we will say that for the next few days it appears).
The Annual Student Research Symposium my office hosts each year is scheduled for April 15, 2026. The presentations will occur 1:00 - 4:30 and the award banquet following from 5:30 - 6:30.

I wanted to make you aware and we would appreciate it if you could mention it during one of your faculty/staff meetings.
One thing we have added this year, is if the student registers prior to the early bird deadline, February 28th, my office will cover the cost of printing their poster. For the oral presenters, we will provide them with a free flash drive for their presentation.
Thank you in advance for your assistance in spreading the word. If there are any questions, please reach out to Leah Kanaman (copied).
