Dear students,
If any of you have taken a lab course, here is an email from a Univ. of Mississippi research group hoping you might be willing to participate in a survey. This is just an opportunity, not a request or mandate.
Thanks!

Hello!
My name is Alexis Miller, and I am a graduate student in the Department of Chemistry at The University of Mississippi. I am working with my advisor, Dr. Abby Boyd, to validate the survey for our study exploring students’ experiences in STEM laboratories.
We would greatly appreciate it if you would forward the following message to any of your research students who use any sort of instrumentation in the laboratory. Thank you in advance for helping us with our study!

Hello!
My name is Alexis Miller, and I am a graduate student in the Department of Chemistry at The University of Mississippi. I am working with my advisor, Dr. Abby Boyd, to validate the survey for our study exploring students’ experiences in STEM laboratories.
We are using the survey to investigate laboratory anxiety and self-efficacy levels of STEM undergraduate and graduate students that utilize instrumentation.
We would greatly appreciate it if you would consider participating in our study. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes and can be accessed through this link: https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__uofmississippi.qualtrics.com_jfe_form_SV-5F6R9Ao1BswDRcAJ0&d=DwIGaQ&c=oqyuZuih6ykib6aKiBq22_bich4AVfYGoLertJN0bEc&r=zR45CGBLdduIV4jIB6WGZAn8tVItG8Qcck8cmBEBvAA&m=Kp1D5-pLRrnKgqFqbyiU_OKZ3Ts2QlDE2n8buKMcf3FDbC7XJ3rj7qHViS6iTJWk&s=ck5rtGgL734GmsvNlIbZzbBPeeuVEYwXduY-1zdYWbc&e= <https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__uofmississippi.qualtrics.com_jfe_form_SV-5F6R9Ao1BswDRcAJ0&d=DwMFaQ&c=oqyuZuih6ykib6aKiBq22_bich4AVfYGoLertJN0bEc&r=iChQuC17Qn3vIoviwtt2dL1TeMtp0GP-MUCFPQcYTuI&m=zSeQC3ZkwAQxuIuU37EJYZ3rpFMNkWmsBFaDeBRKimmfwhn4bK9EwEZHpDaDSySG&s=fTwSo9q3SaBy2m_usysWobwcdd3UN1Y2Y0F1nCyAHjE&e=>
