[phas-grad] Summer MS Thesis paperwork and deadlines

Hello everyone,

If you are planning to graduate over the summer, below are the important deadlines for completing the various steps of the thesis process. These were supposedly mailed to you, but I just want to emphasize that these dates and procedures are very rigid, so make careful note!

If you are not graduating this summer, it might be good to read them through anyway just to start to familiarize yourself with the process. If you want to defend your thesis in the fall, you *must* finish your thesis proposal by the Summer deadline.

Note: The email from the grad school started off with instructions for the dissertation; that is for PhD students only. I've deleted that info from the forwarded email so as not to cause confusion. Also, unless you are working on a physics education project, you probably do not need to worry about any references to the "IRB"

Cheers,
Kurtis
