[phas-faculty_staff_others] New department leaflet/flyer

Hello everyone,

Over the weekend I put together a new department flyer; I'd appreciate if you would spend some time reading through it and making any comments.

Marketing and Communications has declared that they will no longer work on flyers, so I had to create my own template as I went along.  I based it on recent flyers for engineering programs, and I was a good Lion and used official fonts, colors, pictures, and logos (the atom is our department's assigned logo).

After any changes, we'll get nice quality flyers printed at Latsons.
