Hi everyone,

The advising center has asked me to ask you to help them identify at-risk students. You can do so with by the following method at any time, not just during the at-risk reporting call a few weeks from now:

  1. Log on to myLEO portal: https://leoportal.tamuc.edu/
  2. Click on the "APPS" tab
  3. Click on the "Navigate Staff" tab
  4. Once into Navigate360, click on "Issue an Alert" in the Actions box.
  5. Fill out the short form that pops up, then click "Submit"

The form will go to advising who will then contact the student.

You can fill out a form for a student who is not attending class, who is struggling in class, who is not turning in homework, etc.

The form is not appropriate for students exhibiting concerning behavioral issues; that should be reported to the Behavioral Intervention Team through a CARE Report at: https://www.etamu.edu/office-of-student-rights-and-responsibilities/behavior-intervention-team/

Thanks for helping our advising team keep tabs on students!

Cheers,
Kurtis
