[phas-faculty_staff_others] department group email lists updated

Hi all,

The department e-mailing lists have just been updated.

We are using five email lists as below.

"phas-faculty_staff_others at tamuc.edu" for faculty, staff, postdocs (if any) in the department and planetarium.
"phas-grad at tamuc.edu"
"phas-undergrad at tamuc.edu"
"phas-alumni at tamuc.edu"


A comprehensive list: “phas-dept at tamuc.edu” includes all of the above.
Please minimize the use of this comprehensive address “phas-dept at tamuc.edu”.
Some people have complained about receiving too many irrelevant emails.

The students' email lists include online students too. They are updated at the beginning of every Fall term by the system registrar information.
All of the students' emails are updated as of today for the new academic year.

"phas-faculty_staff_others at tamuc.edu": I update it manually, including postdocs.
"phas-alumni at tamuc.edu": I update it manually when requested.
